NocNativeCloud exists to make enterprise-grade contact centre AI accessible to every organisation — regardless of size. For too long, the technology to automate customer conversations at scale has been locked behind multi-year implementation projects, seven-figure budgets, and vendor complexity that only the largest enterprises could navigate. We are changing that.
Built on Amazon Connect and AWS — the same infrastructure used by some of the world's largest contact centres — we remove the complexity and deliver working solutions in weeks, not years. We are an Irish company, founded and headquartered in County Kerry. We chose to build on Amazon Connect and the wider AWS AI stack — not because it was the easy choice, but because it is the right one.
